Pam looks after customer service at Lifelys and is usually the first person you will speak to. She is there to make the process easy, so if anything is unclear, she is the one to ask.
Pam can help you with:
- Going through the enquiry form over the phone if you would rather not fill it in yourself
- Questions about how the inspection works and what happens next
- Arranging access with agents, tenants or vendors
- Booking, confirming and rearranging appointments
Pam works part time, so if you get the voicemail, leave your name, number and the property address and she will call you back. We reply to all calls, messages and enquiries within one working day.
For technical questions about your building, Pam will take the details and pass them to George, or ask you to send them by email. That is deliberate. Structural questions are answered by the engineer who will be standing in front of the wall, not relayed second hand.
